A bold, diverse, logo, brand and website. For a bold idea, promoting diversity in the technology sector.

Talent4Point0 is a robust network, with access to opportunity, training, skills and networking. They are a one stop shop for inclusion and diversity within Data & Technology, helping to propel individual careers and the overall Talent pipeline by ensuring a strong, diverse, and entrepreneurial workforce.

Designing a diverse logo with direction.

We wanted to design a logo that represented diversity in its simplest form. We used colour to create several different versions of the logo, to do just that. We also hand crafted the lettering to symbolise career pathways.

Pulling the team together.

It’s always difficult to create team pages when people supply different styles of images. We created a unique duotone style for the images to bring everyone together.

Simple, clean navigation.

To make the site simple to navigate, we used clear animations on links, for an obvious action to be taken.

And as with everything else across the site, we kept the sign posting large, bright and bold.
