Website design for Aberdeen, from a studio in Edinburgh.

We design and build websites for organisations across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire and the rest of Scotland, from engineering and energy to charitable trusts. The kind of site where someone arrives on a phone, in a hurry, looking for one specific thing, and needs to find it.

Squarespace and WordPress, whichever suits the job

Squarespace 7.1 when your team needs to run the site themselves. We build exclusively on 7.1 with Fluid Engine, and bespoke is the default, custom design and custom code where it earns its place, like the skip hire booking journey we wrote for Binn Group. WordPress when the job is really about data, custom content types, relationships between records, filtering at scale. We are an official Squarespace Circle Gold Partner. Either way you get a site that loads quickly, reads properly on a phone, and can be updated without raising a support ticket.

Working with Aberdeen organisations

We built the website for Enelift, the Aberdeen engineering company behind a patented approach to tubular handling, and we designed the brand and site for Packed Up, the packaging company. We also delivered the website for Aberdeen Endowments Trust. Aberdeen is a long way from anywhere, so most of this was run remotely, with calls when they helped and no travel when they did not.

Sitemap first, cost second

We agree the sitemap before anyone talks about money. A quote given before the structure is known is a guess, and guesses get revised upwards. Once the sitemap is signed off, the cost is fixed. £65 per hour ex VAT, invoiced on completion with 30 day terms, and no deposit.
